Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of GreetMantra. By signing in or creating an invitation you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

GreetMantra provides invitation and festival-wish templates. You fill one in, and we host it at a link you can share. Features may change, and we may add paid options in future; we will tell you before anything becomes paid.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add: text, names and photos. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run your invitation, including showing it to anyone who has the link. You promise that:

• you have the right to use everything you upload or enter, including photos and other people's names and phone numbers, and have their permission to publish them;
• your content is lawful, and is not defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or misleading, and does not infringe anyone's rights.

Invitation links are public to anyone who has them. You decide who to share a link with.

Guests' replies

Replies and wishes are submitted by your guests and shown to you. You are responsible for how you use that information, and should treat guests' details respectfully and in line with the law. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use GreetMantra to break the law, send spam or unwanted messages, impersonate others, spread malware, overload or probe the service, scrape it, or try to access other people's accounts or data. Do not upload content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share.

Our rights

The site, templates, designs and code belong to GreetMantra or its licensors. You may use the templates to make invitations for your own occasions, but not copy, resell or redistribute the templates themselves. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or harm others, and may do so without notice where needed to protect people or the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using GreetMantra at any time and ask us to delete your account and invitations (see the Privacy Policy). We may stop offering the service, in which case we will try to give reasonable notice.

No guarantees

GreetMantra is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copy of photos and details you care about, and do not rely on GreetMantra as your only record.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, GreetMantra and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above, and continuing to use GreetMantra after that means you accept the updated terms.
